- We would be delighted to have an initial discussion with you about equity release
and any alternatives. Such a consultation will have no cost to you and will place
you under no obligation.
- If, after an initial consultation, you wish us to undertake detailed research
and to provide you with tailored advice and recommendations, we would charge a
fee of £199.00 payable once you have instructed us to undertake detailled
research.
- After discussing our advice and recommendations, should you wish to submit an
equity release application, we would be delighted to manage the whole submission
process for you, for this we would charge a fee of £199.00 payable on receipt of
a formal equity release offer.
- Alternatively, you are welcome to follow our advice and submit and monitor your
own equity release application. We would play no further role in the process and
no further fee would apply.
We will provide you with a Personalised Equity Release Illustration, this will tell
you about any fees that relate to the particular Equity Release product.
We will never undertake any work for which a fee may be applicable without first
discussing it with you and explaining exactly what the charge is for. We will always
request your permission to undertake any work for which you may be charged.
