- We will advise and make recommendations for you on mortgages after we have assessed
your needs, circumstances and aspirations.
- You will not be charged a fee for our services in relation to residential mortgages,
we will be paid commission by the lender who provides your mortgage.
- We will recommend a mortgage only if it is suitable for you and affordable to you.
- You will receive a Personalised Mortgage Illustration which will tell you about
the features and benefits of a particular mortgage, the fees (if any are charged
by the lender) relating to
the particular mortgage and also the commission that we are likely to receive from
the particular lender.
We will never undertake any work for which a fee may be charged by the lender
without first discussing it with you and explaining exactly what the charge is
for.
